TNT Landscaping & Nursery is a small business in Ankeny, IA. We are professional & creative; with the goal of creating beautiful and functional outdoor landscapes that will last for years to come.

Job Overview: We are seeking skilled and physically fit Landscape Laborers to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will play a crucial role in creating outdoor spaces for our clients through various tasks as planting trees, shrubs, and perennials, as well as installing patios, retaining walls, outdoor lighting, etc.

Job Type: Full Time, Seasonal Expected hours: 35-40 per week Monday-Friday, with some weekends

Duties:

-Operating power tools and hand tools to perform task such as installing patios and walls

-Utilizing mechanical knowledge to operate equipment like skid loaders

-Using a shovel to dig holes for planting of plants.

-Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks

-Follow Safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:

-Previous experience in the landscape labor role or related field is preferred, we can train.

-Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment are necessary.

-A passion for gardening is ideal.

Skills:

-Experience with gardening

-Familiarity with power tools and hand tools

-Basic mechanical knowledge

-Ability to dig a hole

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
