Team Leader - Health Care Innovation Operations

About the opportunity: As a Team Leader for Health Care Innovation (HCI) Operations, you will provide day to day leadership to team members who serve in various roles in the development and delivery of business solutions and operational outcomes of Wellmark's total cost of care (TCOC) initiatives. You will leverage expertise to effectively manage and support decisions holistically across the enterprise. In addition, you will partner with leaders and internal stakeholders to move cost of care initiatives from idea, to making recommendations for improvement, to execution, which also includes supporting initial sizing, business case analysis, building dashboards, tools, and resources for TCOC and value realization.As a leader of others, you will directly impact the success, growth, and development of team members by setting clear expectations, coaching to each team member’s strengths, and fostering a team-centric work environment.
