Carrier Sales Representative

Carrier Sales RepresentativeJob DescriptionAs a Carrier Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying reliable carriers to expand our network and meet client transportation requirements. Your role includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with carriers, negotiating freight rates and contract terms, and managing carrier performance. You will also monitor market conditions and carrier capacity, utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and load boards, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of transportation services. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of carrier contracts and provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed on shipment status. Collaborating with the sales team to support business development efforts will also be a key part of your role.Hard Skills
