You will work around electricity and other potential hazards requiring appropriate safety equipment and practices at all times. Supervisory Responsibilities: YesEssential Job Functions:· Manage a team of technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality generator services · Develop and implement service schedules to ensure timely maintenance and repair of generators for clients · Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance for generators in accordance with manufacturer guidelines · Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues with generators and develop effective solutions · Coordinate with clients to understand their generator requirements and provide suitable service options · Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and inventory management · File warranty claims and negotiate claims in dispute · Work with sales group on customer services and start-ups · File all necessary paperwork with manufactures and customers · Monitor and analyze the performance of generators to identify areas for improvement and recommend necessary upgrades or replacements CED is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability | Veteran
