Our priority is working with integrity to improve the health and well-being of people and communities where we operate, working towards making a positive impact in the world.Our Team:The Broker Manager oversees US Retail Operations for Sanofi CHC, maximizing sales growth and business opportunities through Sanofi’s CHC Retail Strategy. They develop relationships with brokers and agencies to execute retail strategies and achieve mutual business success.Main responsibilities:

Delivers assigned sales targets and manages Sanofi’s CHC US Retail Operations plans, gaining alignment from sales teams and third-party brokers.

Manages broker relationships, ensuring effective sales management of our products to final customers (East Coast of US).

Oversees goal setting and tracking of broker performance, ensuring consistent goal attainment.

Supports strategy development and coordination of activities to meet business objectives, collaborating closely with Sanofi Sales Teams.

Leads sales information content development and fosters collaboration between Sanofi and Brokers.

Ensures broker compliance with established contracts and sells inventory to authorized retailers to prevent parallel trade or price discrepancies.

Leads contract negotiations with key retailers to drive responsible sales growth.

Performs other assigned duties.

About you

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

5 – 7 years of progressive experience in the Consumer Product or Broker environment.

Must have the following skills:

Leveraging and leading customer teams,

Collaborating with cross-functional resources,

Leading and prioritizing business objectives,

Influencing internal and external senior leadership,

Tight management of budget and forecast,

Negotiating internally and externally,

Transformational relationship management.

In addition to sales incentive (role may my eligible for long term incentive depending on level and performance); all compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
