Client Support Specialist
Iowa, Davenport, 52801 Davenport USAAston Carter is partnered with a manufacturing company located in Davenport that is looking to add a Client Support Specialist to their team. This position is 100% onsite in Davenport.Description:
This position supports administrative duties/customer service duties for the sales team
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers through various channels
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Microsoft Office/Outlook experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
3+ year Customer Service/admin experience
Team player, someone who gets along with co-workers and can build relationships with clients. Very personable.
Strong experience in an office setting.
Ability to multitask and strong written and verbal skills.
