Extensive training and orientation program

Collaborates with Emergency Department team to provide mental health and substance abuse support and interventions for our patients

Assists with mental health and substance abuse patient triage and level of care determinations

Assists patients with mental health and substance abuse system navigation

Bridges patients from the ED to other services such as Inpatient, Partial Hospital, Outpatient

Supports hospital staff during and following crisis situations as part of our Behavioral Crisis Response Team

Thrives in high-paced and active clinical environment, supporting patients in acute crisis situations

QualificationsExperiencePrefer three years of post license experience in a mental health/addiction recovery or related field. Certification and experience with multi-occurring disorders a plus.Education/LicensureMinimum of a Masters degree from an accredited educational institution in Counseling, Social Work, Nursing or other related behavioral health field is required.IA - Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)Pay Range$30.16 - $35.87 /hourWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
