DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Mig Welder to join our team in the agriculture industry.
You will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components for aircraft maintenance and repairs.
Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure the safety and reliability of our AG fleet.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our agriculture fleet.

"but pay is to low" - it is not unusual to start lower to prove yourself, once you have proven A - you can weld and B - you can maintain good attendance, then there is usually a $2 pay jump right around the corner.
Responsibilities
Perform Mig welding on various AG components
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine welding specifications
Inspect welded joints and conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to industry standards
Stay updated on welding techniques and industry trends
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mig Welder in any industry
Proficient in Mig welding techniques and equipment operation
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
Knowledge of welding safety procedures and standards
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Welding certification is required
Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
