General Laborer

Pay: $19.83/hrDay Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday DaysMonday-Thursday: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM and Friday: 6:00 AM-2:30 PMLocation: Waterloo, INWhat You’ll Do As a General Laborer, you’ll support daily production and help ensure every product meets Techo-Bloc’s high quality standards. You’ll work alongside machine operators and assist with key processes such as:Inspect finished product for height, shape, color, and consistencyPerform quality checks and remove defective pieces as neededRework/replace blocks to ensure every pallet is customer-readyPackage finished product by adding:packaging materialstop sheetlabelsfinal quality check before going to the yardKeep all products packaged neatly, safely, and securelyAssist with production support tasks such as:pallet repairgeneral maintenance supportyard supportother assigned tasks to keep production movingMaintain a clean work area and support plant clean-upFollow all safety practices including PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures
