General handyman

Looking for a subcontractor (licensed, bonded insured) or handyman employee ($25/hour dependent on skill; dependable transportation, reliable) in the Mishawaka area with a variety of skill sets; cabinetry, painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, lights, outlets, kit/bath drain/faucet install, etc. Must be able to lift 50 lbs (plywood, drywall, lumber, etc.)Most work is performed in Mishawaka, South Bend & Elkhart. Employment does not offer benefits aside pay as we are a very small business. Projects and hours will vary by week but are generally 9-4 M-F. Work is primarily in residential homes.
