Seeking an experienced, reliable, and responsible technician to do repairs on rental properties in Mishawaka and South Bend.

Areas of knowledge include: plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, general maintenance.

Vehicle and tools are needed. Must have valid drivers license.

Position is available now 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM daily.
