Login Technician I - Environment Testing - Monday - Friday, 1st Shift

Login Technician I responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Receive samples, unpack coolers, label containers, scan shipping documentation, and perform sample loginData entry for sample login with a high level of attention to detailVerify sample preservation, following standard operating procedures (SOPs)Delivery of samples to walk-in refrigerators or lab areas after receiptAssist with sample disposal queue and actionsAssist with accurate weighing, pipetting skills, preparing volumetric reagents and standardsPerform basic aseptic techniques, media preparation, labeling, platingProduce bottle kits, add preservatives to containers, and perform shipping, receiving, and login dutiesPerform basic mathematical calculations and transcribe numbersClean equipment, such as glassware, coolers, sinks, tables, samplers using solvents, water and detergents or acids according to Standard Operating ProceduresDocument all work accurately and clearly Follow safe work practices and adheres to company guidelines and policies for planning and executing work in a safe mannerPerforms other duties, as directedRole is 1st shift, 8am-5pm M-F.
