In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our Service department, working in state-of-the-art shops equipped with top-of-the-line specialty tools, all while helping our customers get back on the road quickly and safely.What You’ll Do:Provide high-quality repairs that adhere to OEM, warranty, and dealership standards.Use your skills to read repair orders, listen to vehicle operations, and conduct thorough diagnostics to pinpoint issues.Tackle a variety of repairs on truck systems, including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, HVAC, electronics, and more.Keep meticulous records of your diagnostics, repair steps, and completed work using Service Notes, ensuring seamless communication with customers and efficient warranty processing.Work closely with the Parts department to get the right parts, and keep the Shop Foreman and Service Administration team in the loop with status updates and requests.Perform rigorous quality checks on all work completed to ensure top performance.Road test vehicles to confirm that all repairs have resolved the customer’s concerns and that they’re ready for the road.
