Member Services Associate

Are you a friendly, organized, and member-focused person who enjoys helping others? We’re looking for a Member Services Associate to join our team and be one of the welcoming faces our members interact with every day.In this role, you’ll welcome and assist members and visitors at our walk-in and drive-thru window. You'll provide excellent service to our members, assist with account and billing questions, process payments, answer incoming calls, and help connect members with the right resources. You’ll make a positive difference in our members’ experience.
