Scheduling Manager

The Scheduling Manager is responsible for scheduling DSPs for assigned front-line leaders. This includes creating schedules, contacting employees about their schedule, answering questions from employees regarding their schedules and managing shift changes. This position will Interact with payroll as necessary about timecards.  Manage and maintain schedules by filling open shifts, coordinating schedules to increase or decrease the amount of staffing as necessary. Review and edit employee timecards.Work closely with the payroll department each pay period.To supervise employees  Create reports of approved schedules for completeness to ensure locations are properly staffed.
