Ensure accuracy of foiled material coming from offset presses while maintaining cleanliness of the work area. Must be able to perform daily weekly & monthly maintenance. This person will also assist with other bindery operations such as

cutting and collating as needed.KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESReads and understands schedules, job tickets, and multi-part specifications.Performs make ready by setting up foil, heat settings, and appropriate product dies.Inspects foiled sheets. Cleans dies. Moves 60-pound boxes to pallets. Adjusts heat and pressure as necessary. Sets register. Runs paper through machine.Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on equipment.Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Inventories foil and supplies. Loads and offload foil press.Operates cutter. Responsible for cutting and boxing all stocks as called for in specifications of each job.Training: May assist in training others.Performs other duties as assigned.
