Minimum 5 years of experience in residential renovations or construction

Ability to follow directions and communicate well with the team

Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Skilled In:

Carpentry: Rough and finish carpentry, cabinet install, door/window install, structural modifications

Trim Installation: Baseboards, crown molding, casings, wainscoting

Framing: Wood stud framing, blocking, soffits Drywall: Hanging, taping, mudding, patching, sanding

Demolition: Clean, safe removal of materials and finishes

Painting: Surface prep, priming, cutting, rolling, and spraying

General Construction Support: Material handling, job site protection, light hardware install, site cleanup,

punch list completion

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience with painting and finish work, Experience on luxury/high-end projects

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience $28-$30 per hr
