Experienced professional painters starting at $25+/hour

Small but quickly growing local paint business looking for 1-2 experienced painters. I’m exhausted with half ass or unreliable help. I’m looking for someone who can help me take my business to the next level. Looking for painters who can stay busy while I bring in more work. I’m not looking to babysit grown men or women. Most days I am on site but I also have a responsibility to keep more work coming in.

Production needs to be at a good pace, without being sloppy. I’m looking for quality over quantity. We often do brand new homes so sprinkles and drops are unexceptionable.

A big portion of what we do are cut and roll residential repaints, but we also do some commercial, cabinet refinishing, stain packs, and exteriors.

We have all 5 star reviews and I plan on keeping it that way. I’m looking for a #2. Someone who wants to win together! You help me evaluate my business and you will be taken care of. I am beyond exhausted with half ass unreliable workers. Please do not waste my time unless you are serious. But professional painters, who keep their word and can produce quality work will be well compensated. Bonus are available. If the customer is happy, I will be happy and I will make sure you are happy.

IF YOU…

-Don’t have reliable transportation

-Don’t have at least 5 years experience

-Don’t have small hand tools (brush, cut bucket, 5 in 1, etc)

-Need to sit on the phone with your spouse all day

-Have attendance issues, regularly miss 1-2 days a week

-Need cash advances every day
