Subcontractor/1099 needed for building Unilock / Belgard Paver Patio's

We are looking for a skilled crew who has experience building Unilock / Belgard Paver Patio's. Must have experience working with both Unilock and Belgard pavers. We need to see a minimum of 8 paver patio projects with pictures to be considered.

Compensation: Job amount agreed on before the project starts- We pay 25% upfront, 25% once the base inspection passes and the final 50% when the client pays us and the job is 100% completed and cleaned up to customer satisfaction.

All subcontractors must have Liability Insurance AND Worker's Compensation Insurance. This is required.

Employment type: full-time- We are able to provide consistent jobs throughout the rest of the year.

Location: Projects: Indianapolis and Metro Indianapolis areas (Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville, Zionsville, Greenwood)
