Perform biochemical testing on proteins and antibodies including, but not limited to, CE, HPLC, SEC, IEX, UV, Purity Analysis, and/or BioassaysEnter data into LIMSParticipate in conducting investigationsDocument test results in notebooks and reportsSupervise others in performing client’s service requirementsCoach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvementsFoster motivation and moraleCoordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TATPrepare and review job plans, conduct semiannual performance reviews, interview applicants, keep training records up to date for assigned employees, perform succession planning in preparation for growthCoach and develop individuals and team to maximize performance
