Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is in the non-profit industry and the workplace is based in the United States. The job function involves dealing with customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently processing customer credit applications as part of the Accounts Receivable function. Maintaining precise records of customer credit. Handling B2B collections to ensure timely payment of invoices. Utilizing Microsoft Excel to export information for record-keeping and report generation. Running detailed reports in Excel to monitor customer account activity. Assisting with Billing Functions, including generating invoices and credit notes. Performing reconciliation duties to ensure all financial records are accurate. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action based on account status.
