DescriptionAdministrative Coordinator - Public AffairsCorteva Agriscience is looking for an innovative, enthusiastic, collaborative Administrative Coordinator to join our team.As a member of our Public Affairs organization, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day activities required to support the VP, Public Affairs. We're looking for an individual who thrives working in a fast, rapidly changing business landscape and can build strong working relationships with colleagues across the company.What You'll Do:

Provide general administrative support to the VP, Public Affairs, and other team member, as needed.

Answer and resolve administrative inquiries and requests.

Lead scheduling and expense activities, including purchase order creation and invoice/expense report processing.

Provide general counsel to the VP on improving processes and protocols to ensure the public affairs team is as effective and efficient as possible.

Coordinate appropriate communication respondence to internal and external stakeholders.

Help produce spreadsheets, presentations, documents, and other material necessary to support Public Affairs.

Organize individual, team, and function meetings, including necessary event planning (audio visual, transportation, food, etc.).

Manage the VP, Public Affairs' calendar/meeting schedule; coordinate travel arrangements, as needed.

Support Public Affairs leadership meetings, including planning, scheduling, presenting, note taking, and follow-ups.

Support the hiring/onboarding process for Public Affairs colleagues, including I-9 coordination, asset ordering, and stakeholder scheduling.

First line support for navigating Corteva resources, including IT, HR, and Facilities help.

Lead and support ad-hoc Public Affairs projects and activities.

QualificationsEducation:

You have your High School Diploma/GED.

What Skills You Need:

Administrative professional with 3+ years of experience supporting Leadership in a corporate environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to changing needs.

Ability to successfully navigate competing objectives and deadlines, drive results with minimal guidance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and enthusiasm across work activities.

Advanced knowledge of core Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Effective collaborator who fosters innovative, creative thinking.

Strong adherence to deadlines, working well under time constraints.

Positive attitude with a learning mindset.

High degree of self-initiative.

Strong resourcefulness and prioritization skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Fluent in English.
