HVAC Install Technician

Poorman's Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Install Technician/Journeyman. 3 years minimum in HVAC experience is required. Must be knowledgeable with various heating and air conditioning systems. Must be able to work on their own, have good mechanical skills, and be customer-friendly.

Duties include:

Installation of customer's ventilation, air conditioners, furnaces, and other equipment

Troubleshoot problems and potential problems with installation

Communicate with customers and the Poorman's team

Comply with work instruction and customer requests

Travel to each commercial or residential site

Other duties as required

Skill Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 3-4 years experience

Must comply with all safety standards

Must be able to provide customer service

Must be able to meet physical demands i.e. (climb ladders, work in close spaces, work in hot/cold temperatures

Must have a valid Driver's License

Must be able to pass a preliminary drug test.
