This position will be responsible for parts sales for refrigeration, mechanical, and food processing systems.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Putting together Accurate & Concise Parts Quotes with Correct Pricing

Maintain bounce backs from monthly flier and send out up-to-date flier

Verify that price sheets are correct and current

Establish and maintain Parts Contracts

Attending IIAR and/or RETA trade shows to actively promote sales.

Work with customer service and billing persons to ensure seamless processes.

Assist in the promotion of Refrigeration Parts Sales, to lead to more business for Refrigeration Group

Other tasks as required

Qualifications

Sales or Account Management background

Must be able to manage multiple tasks – incoming calls, quoting, internal personnel, etc.

High School Degree or equivalent

Highly organized, self-motivated and a strong work ethic

Attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency

Proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel, and Outlook

AS400 experience is a plus

Knowledge of the refrigeration industry including parts is a plus

Must have excellent customer service and phone skills
