We are currently seeking a IT Senior Service Desk Lead to support our customer in Crane, IN. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as possess the following education and experience:

Management of Service Desk tasking and staff.

Supporting ticket management, assignment, and escalation from Tier 1-3 using a ticketing system.

Maintaining professional relationship with all customers and clients in a very busy call center environment.

Providing technical support by responding to and resolving end-user problems.

Installation and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.

Analysis of service desk performance data and metrics.

Ensuring all solutions are documented in the on-site knowledge management system.

Assisting with onboarding of new users.

Encourage creativity and new process ideas

Oversee day to day operations

Desired Experience:

A minimum of Three (3) years of experience leading a service desk or comparable technical team in Customer Service and Technical Support role and must hold Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) Baseline Qualifications for DoD 8570 IAT II or greater (Sec+, CASP, CISSP).

Desired Education:

Bachelor's Level Degree Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
