Basic Qualifications :Minimum Degree Required :Bachelor DegreeMinimum Years of Experience :4 year(s)Preferred Qualifications :Certification(s) Preferred :Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Certified SAFE Agilist, Certified or Professional Scrum Trainer (CST, PST), or Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)Preferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates thorough knowledge and abilities in the Application and Emerging Technology field including but not limited to:

Demonstrating software consulting experience with Agile/SDLC (Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, etc.) in addition to using Agile Tools (e.g. JIRA, Rally, AzureDevOps);

Prioritizing workload and determining trade-offs of scope and budget;

Supporting project management by helping to establish that projects are delivered within scope, on time, on budget, and with requirements met;

Maintaining project documentation including databases, configurations, tool data, key artifacts, and project schedules, plans, and reports;

Directing and coordinating project work, develops and maintains project budgets, and develops and distributes status reports;

Designing, developing, and implementing Agile transformation strategy;

Demonstrating experience in the use of scaling methods such as SAFe, LESS, or industry equivalents;

Understanding of Project Management (Risk Management, Scope Management, Change Control, etc.); and,

Demonstrating proven communication, presentation, leadership and problem-solving skills.
