The PROCUREMENT MANAGER is an integral person in helping projects to be profitable as our customer’s vision for an automated storage solution from Movu US comes to life. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the President of Movu US.Solutions: Fully automated storage solutions including pallet shuttles (atlas), tote shuttles (escala), automated mobile robots (ifollow), as well as ancillary systems such as conveyors and lifts.Customers: End users are located throughout the United States and Canada. We work with many of the leading integrators as our Sales partners.Typical project size: 5-30MAs our PROCUREMENT MANAGER, you…build supplier relationships and build business cases for strategic supplier choicesare responsible for purchasingmaterial handling equipment such as lifts and conveyorscomponents for the assembly of robotselectrical and mechanical items needed at assembly sitescreate benchmarks, make total cost analyses and negotiate pricing & conditionscreate purchase orders in SAPprocess and follow all orders within SAP
