Full time, hands on, Maintenance Manager position available at a senior apartment facility consisting of 60 units. Candidates should have experience with apartment turnover, plumbing, electrical, minor HVAC, carpentry, and janitorial. Team player with excellent communication and computer skills needed. 3-5 years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience preferred. On call duties included; must reside within 45 minute commute. Full benefits package included. Driver's license and access to insured vehicle required, high school diploma or equivalent required. EOE
