Order Puller:

Essential Responsibilities:

Pull orders throughout season

Consolidate & re-blocking crops

Load orders onto shipping racks and onto truck

Work the boxing line on shipping days

Constant communication with Order Fulfillment Manager and Inventory Coordinator of crop conditions

Assist Order Fulfillment Manager in other tasks

Nursery Technician:

Plant production tasks:

Transplanting

Filling flats

Moving plants around within the nursery

Weed management

Crop consolidation

Keep production tools and areas clean and organized

Learn native plant species and their characteristics
