Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Cat Digital Support provides front-line support for Caterpillar digital applications, ensuring customers and Dealers can receive resolution to their issues when they need it most.This role provides day-to-day support to internal team members in relation to Salesforce development deployments, prioritization, questions, and issues. Ensuring our Salesforce platform is optimized, enabling our team to deliver an effortless support experience.Responsibilities:

Coordinates with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions.

Aids the team with documentation and reporting of maintenance problems and bugs.

Coordinates with internal team members to prioritize backlog of enhancements and projects.

Coordinates with internal team members to ensure timely execution of User Acceptance Testing, while maintaining quality best practices.

Analyzes development processes for documentation, intake, and ongoing coordination to identify opportunities for improvement.

Analyzes development related metrics and packages results into formal leadership communications.

Skills:

This position should be familiar with project management methodologies as they will participate in multiple projects representing expertise for the application or process.

Experience with the business aspects and operations of Digital products; preferably with Salesforce Service Cloud and its related components; ability to manage install base, current uses, future plans, and product vision.

Utilizes data to assess and validate decisions and presents these options to leadership.

Knowledge of UAT activities, tasks, tools and techniques; ability to design, implement and evaluate acceptance tests for end-users.

Knowledge of strategies, practices and tools for resolving software problems; ability to manage software problems in installed software products

Collaborates with stakeholders, development teams, testing teams, etc., to deliver business solutions.

Top Candidates will also have:

5-8 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Good knowledge of Caterpillar policies, standards, procedures, and a broad understanding of Caterpillar’s organization.
