LPN Homecare

Maxim Healthcare in Lombard is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes for a full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunity. Position Hours:

Night Shifts: Sunday-Saturday 7p-7a

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.

Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN or RN in the state in which the LPN/LVN or RN will practice.

Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

Current BLS card.
