User Centered Innovation Coach

Together with UX researchers and designers, you will implement user-centered principles (e.g. Design Thinking, Lean UX mindset and methods) in innovation projects as well as in daily operational work of our different Product & Business AreasGuiding teams through our user-centered Innovation process towards defining and meeting user experience goalsConception and lead of Innovation projects / initiatives and framing project assignments together with teams and stakeholders to ensure applicable project outcomesCoaching teams in developing of user-centered products / service concepts based on user insightsProviding inspiration for user-centered ideas based on new technologies, digitalization and alternative business modelsFacilitating creative workshops and moderating knowledge creation processes to enable participants to develop new ideasSupporting rapid prototyping of product and service concepts in different development phases.Responsible for reporting, documenting and reviewing project results towards stakeholdersFostering a user centric culture and mindset as a UX ambassador through communication and eventsTraining & enabling of organization with user-centered working methods
