We are searching for aFinancial Analyst, FP&A – Supply Chainto join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.Your Role:The Financial Analyst, FP&A – Supply Chain will report to the Finance Manager- Supply Chain. This role will provide the opportunity to cross-collaborate among the many groups within our organization, including customer marketing, advertising and procurement groups. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.You will have the opportunity to:

Collaborate with our customer marketing and advertising teams on existing product analysis, as well as new product introductions.

Support sales, customer marketing and advertising teams in evaluating existing products, as well as new product launches.

Develop strong relationships across the organization, cross-collaborating on key projects.

Support development of the Supply Chain business unit annual financial plan and strategic objectives.

Assist in month-end reporting of financial results – telling the financial story for our business unit.

Develop unique solutions to complex problems, with a focus on driving segment profitability.

Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Ultimately, you will be involved in understanding the financial results of our business, and supporting key decisions derived from our profitability analysis. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

You are a quick and agile learner and think critically with strong problem-solving skills

You are independent, but enjoy collaborating and working with a high-performance team

You have the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks

We need you to have:

BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting.

2-4 years relevant Finance experience.

Advanced Excel skills.

Icing on the cake:

Working towards completion of CPA, MBA or other advanced degree.
