Project Architect

An architecture and engineering firm in the Chicagoland suburbs is looking to add a Project Architect to their team!Job Description:

Communicate with PMs, junior architects, engineers, and designers to develop drawings and designs

Produce construction documents on a variety of projects from conceptual design to construction administration while applying architectural concepts and designs

Will be leading a team of two to three designers

Will be doing code research and analysis

May assist with interior development for certain clients

Coordinating with Project Managers to work on scheduling, forecasting deadlines/projects, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Architecture

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit is a plus

7+ years of experience working at an architecture firm

Ability to produce full CD sets with little to no guidance

Experience working on multisite commercial projects highly preferred

Licensed Architect is preferred
