Driver Recruiter for Trucking Company

Freightstar Expedited is loking for a friendly, sales oriented truck driver recruiter to join our team. We are located in the West Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all driver recruiting calls and inquiries

Process applications and review all applicants in a timely manner and working with operation personnel in deciding

wheter driver should be hired based on company need and policy

Process driver background checks, pre employment drug screenin, previous employer release of information, etc

Onboarding meeeting with drivers, making sure drivers coming aboard are aware of all safety and company policies

Preferred Requirements:

Previous experience recruiting Class A drivers in multiple states is a plus

Tenstreet experience preferred

Self-motivaded and able to work independenty with minimal oversight

Bilingual English-Spanish preferred but not required

This is a full time on-site position Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
