Automotive Technician (High Performance)

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of vehicle maintenance and repair tasks. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced motorsports shop environment and showcase your skills in automotive diagnostics and repair. You'll be working on high performance vehicles and race cars.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks for daily appointments

- Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical issues

- Repair and replace vehicle components, such as brakes, suspension systems, and exhaust systems

- Align wheels and perform wheel balancing

- Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems

- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs

- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role

- Strong knowledge of high performance combustion engines

- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment

- Excellent manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools effectively

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members
