Position Summary: Installation of light duty, aftermarket, electrical commercial truck and van equipment.

Essential Job Functions and Duties

Read individual work order and assemble all product prior to install

Track, order and maintain all supplemental electrical parts and equipment

Ensure product meets quality requirements

Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized work bay

Knowledge of job safety to ensure safe work practices

Adhere to strict safety and quality control production standards

Complete other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Previous electrical and mechanical experience or completion of an accredited trade/technical school

Solid 12V Electrical auto wiring experience required

Strong background in electrical trouble shooting required

Previous work experience using hand tools, power tools and pneumatic tools

Candidates must successfully complete criminal and submit to a motor vehicle background check

ASE Certified (or in process) preferred

Welding experience preferred

Skills:

Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to use hand, power and pneumatic tools as required

Ability to follow diagram, written and verbal instruction

Ability to work with others and possess good communication skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

Able to function capably in a production environment; working around moving vehicles, assembly and installation bays

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Frequently lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Must be physically capable of standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, leaning, etc. on a daily basis

Ability to work in a loud environment

Participate in required company safety programs, trainings and PPE guidelines.
