Job Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair candy production machines

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely

Assist in equipment upgrades and modifications

Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a technician on candy or confectionery machines

Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Team-oriented with strong communication skills
