Maintenance Technician

The Medve Group, Inc. is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician at Renaissance Towers Apartments in Hammond, IN.

Duties:

Prepare units to move-in ready condition

Performs various community maintenance functions

Responds to resident service requests and issues

Maintain activity log

Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager

Requirements:

Assist with on-call responsibilities

Apartment maintenance/make ready experience is preferred

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

Incentives:

$20-23/hr depending on experience
