MAINTENANCE TECH / HANDYMAN NEEDED

Maintenance Tech / Handyman Needed for full time / part time - varies depending on workflow

I manage a portfolio of multifamily properties, and have a lot of consistent work that requires basic skills, such as:

- Replacing electric fixtures

- Faucet replacement

- Installing blinds

- Drywall patches

- Painting

- etc

I have another tech who is skilled and willing to teach, but a base level knowledge is needed. Potential for opportunity to grow as portfolio does.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Basic hand tool knowledge

- Good attitude

- Willing to interact with tenants

- Reliable

- Consistent Communicator

- Fluent in english

- Willing to do a background check and receive a 1099

- Must have own vehicle transportation
