Apartment Building Maintenance

Small Property Management company is looking for someone to handle maintenance on several apartment buildings in area. Full time or part time. The skills needed for this job include:

- plumbing knowledge Must replace cartilages, wax rings, toilets', facets, rodding, etc

- hvac/boiler knowledge

- light electrical - replace fixtures, gfci's, etc

- painting

- drywall repair

- carpentry

- flooring- tile, laminate, grouting, etc

- Landscaping/snow removal
