Residential remodeler looking for experienced remodeling carpenter to come on full or part time.

We are focused on basements, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and commercial build-outs. Staying focused on inside work and the big push is quality over all else.

Remodeling Contractor

Should be able to perform all carpentry-related phases of bathroom, kitchen, basement, and general remodeling work sometimes working alone and sometimes with others.

Should be a skilled trade professional who does high quality work

Should have tools and transportation.

Know how to demo, perform framing and leveling, installation of temp walls and structural headers, subfloor and sheathing installation, window and door installation, trim work and scribing, light drywall and Cement board installation, high quality cabinet installation, some waterproof membrane application, deck building and handrail installation,

Kerdi systems installation and tiling skills using stone, ceramic, and porcelain including layout, prep, and installation would be a plus.

We will train on some of the above mentioned items for the right person.
