Seeking Custom Cabinet Maker

Chicago area custom cabinetry and woodworking shop is seeking experienced finisher, wood shop manager, and cabinet maker. Seeking an individual who is a team player and take pride in their craftsmanship and the final product. We are in the customer service industry but our team comes first. CABINET MAKER:

Candidates will fit the following criteria:

be able to work independently (you will be managing the efficiency and flow of cabinetry that needs to be finished)

be highly reliable and have excellent communication skills

have a positive attitude and professional mannerism

be able to work well with others

be willing to learn new techniques and adapt to new methods

have a valid driver's license and vehicle to get to and from the shop (Villa Park)

Role requirements:

2+ years of experience in commercial or high end finished carpentry experience

High mathematical aptitude

Ability to work independently

Experience with hand and power tools

Experience reading architectural and/or shop drawings

Requirements:

Required license or certification: Drivers License & transportation to and from the shop

Required education: High school or equivalent

Required: Pass a background check and able to work in the US

Hours: Monday to Friday | 8 or 10 hour shift between 7am - 5pm
