Benefits Consultants – Help Chicago Business Owners Save on Benefits

We are seeking Benefits Consultants and individuals with strong relationships with Chicago-area business owners to introduce employers to a powerful, no-net-cost employee benefits strategy based on the SIMERP (Self-Insured Medical Expense Reimbursement Program) model.

Our SIMERP consulting team handles the education, technical explanation, compliance, and implementation. Your role is simple: open the door, book qualified meetings, and stay the trusted point of contact.

What You’ll Do

Leverage your network of Chicago business owners, CEOs, CFOs, HR leaders, and benefits decision-makers

Identify employers with 3+ full-time W-2 employees who may benefit from SIMERP

Schedule qualified Zoom or in-person meetings between the employer and our consulting team

Maintain the relationship as a connector and resource

No insurance license is required to refer. You do not need to present or sell the program yourself.

How You’re Paid

This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity with long-term residual income.

You’re paid per employee that enrolls in the program from the businesses you refer

As long as those employees stay enrolled, you continue to receive ongoing residuals

No earnings cap – more participating employees = more recurring income

Specific per-employee compensation and structure will be discussed on a short introductory call.
