We provide qualified leads, full backend support, and industry-leading tools—while you also build your own pipeline through networking, canvassing, and referrals.

What You'll Do

-Conduct in-home roofing consultations and inspections

-Present solutions and close deals with confidence

-Generate new business through canvassing, networking, and referrals

-Follow up with company-provided warm leads

-Educate homeowners on roofing materials, warranties, and installation options

-Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth customer experience

-Maintain client communication from first contact to project completion

-Track appointments and sales progress using digital tools

What We’re Looking For

-Proven success in sales (roofing, solar, or home improvement preferred)

-Strong closing skills and excellent communication

-Self-motivated, organized, and independent

-Comfortable performing rooftop inspections

-Tech-savvy with ability to use CRM and digital tools

-Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops safely

-Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and smartphone required

-High school diploma or equivalent required

Important Details

-This is a 1099 independent contractor role

-Non-exclusive, but no competing roofing/home services sales during contract
