Looking to hire experienced Warehouse Associate

Sign Outlet Store is looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate part-time and/or full-time to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills. We are looking for a motivated individual who values their work and will take the time to make sure things are done both quickly and accurately. Daily, you will process and ship orders, move inventory and materials throughout the store/warehouse, load and unload product deliveries, handle and operate necessary tools and accessories to maintain and manage the warehouse and measure and cut down material to fulfill orders.

Part Time Warehouse Associate:

1 – 6 pm

$16.50/hr

Full Time Warehouse Associate:

9 am – 6 pm

45k plus paid holidays & benefits (benefits available after 60 days)

Responsibilities

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)

Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization

Report any discrepancies

Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers

Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment

Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Qualifications

Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker

2 years of experience with UPS World Ship, FedEx Ship Manager or Shipstation

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to lift 40-80 lbs daily

Ability to climb 12-foot ladders

Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk and climb during the shift

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Must speak English (bilingual a plus)

Forklift experience a bonus

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

High School Diploma or GED required
