Job Summary:

Prepare billing for our Lease & Rental fleet. Responsible for all ancillary tasks associated with the billing process.

Responsibilities:

 Process daily, weekly and monthly billing with accuracy and attention to detail

 Collect updated readings from our clients in preparation for billing

 Fuel & Toll billing

Requirements:

 Proven experience in billing

 Capable of multi-tasking and highly organized

 Friendly disposition

 Ability to work in fast paced environment

 Customer service focused

 Able to work well as part of a team and maintain constant communication cross departments

 Strong work ethic and highly dependable

 Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm and strong communication skills

 Bilingual – Spanish a plus
