Spanish Speaking Front desk/Reception Medical Office

Medical receptionist wanted. Part time. Mondays and Wednesdays 9:30 AM - 4 pm. Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:30 PM - 7 PM. Some Saturdays 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM. Must be fluent in Spanish and English. Must posses skills necessary to work with patients/people. Responsibilities include greeting, scheduling, insurance collections and billing, light cleaning.

This position includes excellent customer service, in person and over the phone customer contact, making appointments, check ins, check outs, filing insurance claims, keeping the clinic clean, and coordinating the flow of the clinic.

Paid holidays, vacation time. This is a PART TIME position. If you are looking for full time, please do not apply.
