Part-Time Operations Assistant for Holistic Wellness Practice

Healing Frequency Center, an established Holistic Wellness practice in Westmont, IL is looking for a local part-time operations assistant to join our team! We provide colon hydrotherapy (also known as colonics) and other wellness services to the Chicagoland area. Previous education in medical practices is preferred but not required, interest in Holistic Wellness, and fluent in English and Spanish; we will provide all job-specific training for a motivated candidate.

This position will provide support with client appointments, scheduling, routine office tasks, and serve as a positive representative of our business. Must display strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, great customer service skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Primary responsibilities include support of office operations, scheduling appointments, completing post appointment sales, facilitating client sessions, assisting with medical device treatment room cleaning and setup between appointments, informing clients of proper pre and post session care, advising clients on retail products and wellness offerings; and assisting with additional tasks and projects as needed.

Strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills required. Basic computer knowledge required. Training will be provided on our software systems.

Compensation of $20 per hour plus training, access to all of our wellness services, and potential for growth in our company for the right candidate.
