Machine Design Engineer (contract-to-hire)

In this role, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of machinery design, from concept to completion. You'll work closely with our production teams to create cutting-edge equipment that meets the highest standards of efficiency and reliability.

Your responsibilities will include:

 Developing detailed mechanical designs using CAD software.

 Performing calculations and simulations to ensure structural integrity and performance.

 Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including blueprints and specifications.

 Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to select and integrate components.

 Specification of motor hp, gearbox torque, bearings and shafts for various applications.

We need an engineer who is not only technically proficient but also a creative problem-solver.

The ideal candidate will have:

 A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

 Proven experience in machinery design and development.

 Expertise in CAD software (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD 2D, etc.).

 A strong understanding of materials science, mechanics, and manufacturing processes.

 Familiar with welding methods and processes.
